Studio Outrider approaches interior design as a discipline of decisions—made early, made deliberately, and carried through with consistency. The work is not driven by trend or taste, but by a clear point of view and a strong read on what the project requires.

Our Approach

A defined start

Every project begins on the ground—through direct engagement with a location, its surroundings, and its full context. We study the site to understand how it feels, how it operates, and what already exists in order to identify what's missing and where there's room to do something new. As we get a feel for a place, the work finds its footing, giving the work a clear and grounded point of departure.

Design is developed with equal attention to experience and operation. Program, adjacencies and flow are considered alongside materiality and atmosphere. Our experienced design team understands how environments function, allowing decisions to be made early and refined with intention. Each one is made in service of the project’s narrative.

Implementation

The work is carried through to completion with the same level of attention. Procurement, coordination, and installation are treated as part of the design process, ensuring the original intent is realized in the built environment with clarity and care. The goal is continuity from early thinking to final execution.

Capabilities

Studio Outrider works across hospitality environments—independent and branded—supporting projects from early definition through execution. Core capabilities include:

  • Define operational needs and optimize layout flow to ensure every square foot maximizes both utility and guest experience.

  • Translate brand narratives and local culture into a cohesive visual vision through mood boards, material palettes, and spatial storytelling.

  • Transform creative ideas into detailed technical drawing packages, custom millwork plans, and finish specifications ready for build-out.

  • Curate and custom-design furniture, lighting, textiles, and accessories built for high-traffic durability and distinct visual character.

  • Collaborate directly with contractors and trades on-site to protect design integrity, solve field conditions, and ensure flawless execution.

  • Layer artwork, curated objects, and final finishing touches to bring warmth, personality, and photo-ready perfection to the completed space.

Our team also works in close partnership with a trusted network of strategists, brand designers, lighting designers, and other hospitality experts—many of them longstanding collaborators—allowing for a more integrated approach when projects call for it.
